conda-forge feedstock stuck on 0.19 #199

The latest zstandard version on conda-forge (and anaconda) is 0.19.

There is a 0.21 pull request, but there appears to be a zstd mismatch error:

conda-forge/zstandard-feedstock#49

That is from back in June, so it is not clear that anyone is working on that.
