bug: Can't use a Route without a path in Ionic React (aka can't use notfound route) #20259

Bug Report

Ionic version:

[x] 4.11.X

Current behavior:

Currently it is not possible to do a "not found route" by having a route without a path inside of a switch.

Expected behavior:

Have ability to create a route without a path than can redirect to another page or render a not found component.
