$emit events on modal show, hide, remove? #243

It'd be awesome if on modal.show(), modal.hide(), and modal.remove() that an $emit would be called on each respective event after the internal code was called. This would be really helpful if you want to perform some code after the modal is shown and the template is part of the DOM.
