Design and implement statistics plugins for the Gateway and Portal processes. The plugins shall collect statistics about:

Number of operation invocations (total, per device, per reservation, ...)
Provide a front end to view the statistics both on an individual gateway as well as on portal side
Provide API to retrieve statistics as admin user
Separation in public / private statistics view
