Describe the bug
如果使用AMD的CPU,添加CPU温度显示会导致概要界面卡loading

Expected behavior

Additional context
由于AMD系列的CPU使用的是k10temp,只会显示CCD温度
默认脚本中过滤方式缺少了对应的支持
