I'm ordering some crypto jawns from PCBWAY will I need to solder the section that connects to computers? #2

It doesn't seem like the brd file includes the USB section that will connect to the computer so when I make the Gerber and BOM to import to http://pcbway.com I don't think they'll know to include the usb part. Am I going to need to order the crypto jawn and then solder the usb part myself?

Also, I can't seem to find any info on how to get the software to work at all on it after I have it.

I don't know anything about "pcbway", but the schematic shows that the usb connector is molex part 480371000
