Responsive admin UI for supporting tablet/mobile users

Some issues:

• Logo should hide from top bar on mobile
• Admin pages not responsive to device width (needs <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1" />)
• Tables and inputs should respond to device width (see: responsive tables)
• Editor is limited (is there another mode that works better?)
• Dynamic Objects icon needs to be retina ready
• Modal dialogs should be optimized for the device width too
