[Issue]: Search for items containing special charactes does not return a result

Search for items containing special characters such as "ö, ü, ä, é" etc. does not return a result.

Reproduction Steps

1. Jellyfin in Docker
2. When searching for items that contain an umlaut in their name the search of jellyfin does not return a result.
