Modify admin platform guides to add scripts and help for windows users

This is a Feature Request
Should add documentation on how to install Jenkins X on windows platforms.
Both the minikube and k3s guides, and everywhere else that shows bash commands

What would you like to be added
Where bash commands are displayed, we should show the same commands using powershell
Why is this needed
We can attract more users by making it easy to get started on windows.
