mqtt+RT-Thread SAL 嵌套字+sim7600进行demo尝试。
刚开始mqtt_connet就没有成功，所以重新配置客户端的host和port使客户端使用新的broker进程连接，但是
重新连接时仍旧失败，提示如下：
[E/at.clnt] execute command (AT+CIPCLOSE=0) failed!
[E/at.clnt] execute command (AT+CIPOPEN=0,"TCP","xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx",xxxx) failed!
[E/at.clnt] execute command (AT+CIPCLOSE=0) failed!
[E/at.clnt] execute command (AT+CIPCLOSE=0) failed!
