The JMU Software Change notification displays the header text "JMU Software Change"; however, the details telling users to reboot (or whatever it is we tell them) isn't readable. I am not sure whether that text is missing entirely or if it's just not visible due to text/background color.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. On a new VM, run roles for all courses in the "JMU CS VM Configuration Tool"
  2. Wait for the run to complete and the handler to execute

Expected Behavior

The user is clearly told to reboot

Actual Behavior

The notification banner appears; however, it's got the "🚫 JMU Software Change" header. The text isn't readable.
