File and project templates for Xcode.

Clone to ~/Library/Application Support/Developer/Shared/Xcode/ or /Library/Application Support/Developer/Shared/Xcode and restart Xcode.
These templates will be added to a 'Testing' section of the New File/Project window.

The GTM example should work with OS 3.2
The GHUnit example has yet to be updated to run on 3.2/iPad
