Merge Windows not appear in the toolbar items

I am running firefox 100.0 on OSX 12.3.1

I installed the merge windows extension and activated it. There is a green check box next to text "Access browser tests". I am unable to see the merge windows icon in the upper right extensions bar. I am not sure why. Any information on how to troubleshoot this? I cant seem to be able to find the extensions icon.

Anybody know how to get the merge windows extension icon visible in the icon menu section please?

This is only occurring on one specific firefox install. I have another FF v100.0 install on another macook pro running 11.6.5 the icon appears and easy to place in the toolbar.

Moved on to the merge all windows extensions and things work
