Can newer version of jqueryui be used in place of jquery-ui-1.10.0.custom.min?

Hi,
The question is as in title, say jquery-ui-1.11.4?
If I want to use the newer version, what should I do, just replace it with the built result of new version?
What customization has been done to jquery-ui-1.10.0.custom.min ?
There is no mentioning of about this in the document, It would be nice to have it in the doc.
