feature request: bring back single/multipage template page

There used to be an easy to access and modify template page, which is not included in the new API. Here is an old version from JQM 1.1

It would be nice to still have these, because it's much easier to test things using the templates - at least for me it is :-)

We could link up a single page template again as well.

The link http://view.jquerymobile.com/master/docs/widgets/pages/ does not exist. When I changed to

http://view.jquerymobile.com/1.3.0/docs/widgets/pages/

the page is found but broken. All of the "view multi-page template" buttons fail with 402 errors.
