checkboxradio("option", "theme") setter works only once

Hello.

I am using the latest git version.
I am writing some code to set the properties of already created and inserted in the DOM checkboxes.

The problem is that I can only set the theme option once. After that it is unchangeable no matter how many times I call it. The 'mini' setter works Ok as demonstrated in the code.
