emitTapOnTaphold behaviour is the wrong way round

Try changing:

  $.event.special.tap.emitTapOnTaphold = false;

to:

  $.event.special.tap.emitTapOnTaphold = true;

Expected behaviour:

• When emitTapOnTaphold == false, the tap event is not triggered on taphold
• When emitTapOnTaphold == true, the tap event is triggered on taphold

Actual behaviour is the opposite way round.
