"I tried to download everything but also was experiencing this problem. Seems that one of the options will trigger it to fail. I was able to narrow it down to the Forms > 'Slidertooltip'. Without that checked it was able to download 1.4.0 RC1."

Just like to mention that this is still occurring, and that the suggested fix (skipping out on Slidertooltip) does work. Of course, that's a pain if you actually want Slidertooltip, but ah well.

It doesn't only happen if you try to download everything; I have quite a few options unselected but that one still breaks the download. So it's less likely an issue of Slidertooltip conflicting with anything and more likely that it itself is broken.

@zedland yes its an issue with the meta comments on that file the structure file name is incorrect it should be jquery.mobile.forms.slider.tooltip.css
