Catalog price rules

Does it work with catalog price rules?

We want to create a SALE category and add all products that are discounted using "price rules" NOT special price.

I already used in two websites and found one issue - save may be SLOW for large categories.
I plan to move saving in next PR, so may is good idea to hold on with merge.

@klou because make reindex for current product and childs. Probably it's a good idea to be pushed in a background proccess but i'm not using anymore this extension, because his features are covered by https://github.com/smile-sa/elasticsuite which i use for most of the projects (its maintenable and powerfull).
