Hi,
You mentioned that clone1 is normal cells (https://kharchenkolab.github.io/numbat/articles/results.html).
Why did I get two tumor cells? Is it because the p_CNV for these two cells is greater than 0.5?

Are most cells in clone 1 assigned to the normal compartment? Any chance you can attach the clone_post dataframe?
