Add note to change default app secret

Hello, thanks for the plugin starter.

I just wanted to mention that my log file stated the environment was set to production but the default application secret had not been changed. This threw an error when uploading to elastic beanstalk.

It might be helpful to newcomers to add a note to change the default app secret in the markdown.
