Refactor all the things

There should be two parts:

1. The definition of the reset. This could be either json file or stylus hash object.
2. The registration: this would parse the definition, create the placeholders and then fill the registered-… objects with aliases and the maps of element names to the placeholders.
3. The actual reset that would just go into the registered list, for each element lookup if it is an alias, expand if needed, then extend all the things.
