You say that the trial version will stop working after a month, but from a glance at the source code for terark-zip-rocksdb, it will also intentionally randomly corrupt data. This should be made evident in the description of the trial version, IMHO.

The data corrutption code was written long long ago, it is always disabled by that macro 2 months ago, and always using license control. Now that code was deleted.
We have a private branch for this repository, which has license control, and some new features. This code is not intented to be compiled by whom without our commercial core library.
