Edge Detection for Tooltip Positioning

ClueTip is great. But sometimes I'm having issues with variable sized content not deciding correctly whether to position above or below the mouse.

It would also be good to add a feature to be able to optionally "pad" the actual boundaries of the window in the options. In my implementation, I have a footer panel statically positioned below my content area and I'd really like the bottom boundary for the tooltips to be the top of that footer panel rather than the bottom of the window. If I could "pad" to the height of that element and have ClueTip use that for the bottom edge, it would work best in my design. (I can imagine that others might have statically positioned side or top panels that could similarly be used for boundaries, hence my suggestion to have the options allow for padding on all four sides from the window dimensions.)
