Network growth model

Watts-Strogatz generates a good example network but it doesn't say anything about in which order or with which timing the links in this network came to be. We need to find a model that describes the addition and deletion of links in a network.

For now I'll just start with an unconnected graph and then let one link, picked at random, get created every 10 sim rounds -> #29
