Basic Stingray Triangle test gets into infinite loop

Maybe I should create a lower layer that prohibits resending the same message to the same recipient, to make algorithms more robust against getting into message storms.
Maybe I should also do a batched test instead of a basic one for Stingray Triangle.

I added the Batched Stingray Triangle tests now, will continue debugging there!
