Notes about inline, extern inline, static inline
GNU89 definition:
*) inline: The function may be inlined, an outline function is
always emitted and externally visible. so never put inline in a header.
*) static inline: Will not generate an externally visible
out-of-line version, though it may generate a file static one.
*) extern inline: Will not generate an out-of-line version, but
might call one.
C99 (or GNU99) definition:
*) inline: like GNU "extern inline", no externally visible
function is emitted, but one might be called so must exist.
*) extern inline: like GNU "inline", externally visible code is
emitted.
*) static inline: like GNU "static inline". this is the only
portable one.
Conclustion: stick to static inline.

In order to store NGS psf with ideal correction on NGS modes
Perfevl is done before wfsgrad for CL. in the end for OL
filter_cl and filter_ol united.

Perfevl is fixed for reentrant problem. Changed FoV, LGS siglev to

Initial development. Implemented basic matrix distribution for
real, double ,rea complex and double Complex. Implemented random
number generators for linear, normal, and poisson
distributions. Implemented matrix dot product, vector product,
matrix multiplication.
Need to do: Implement a hash function that can take a pointer and
a size and gives an uniq number. Implement a integer array/matrix
to store integer arrays. Use an array to record the array uid,
memory address and struct address. When allocate memory, check
whether it is already allocated. When program exits, go over the
recorded array to check whether any array is not freeed, which
implies memory leak.
The program should open a socket in a seperate thread to allow
talking to it from outside, like to obtain the information of
something, or let it stop.
The program should hash the relevant parameters it used to
generate a big array/configuration. Store the parameters and the
array in a central place and later load the whole array to speed
up simulations.
Speed and code clarity should have the first priorities.
