Adding Proof-of-Stake

Dear All - Given today's evolving focus of the crypto community on environmentally responsible mining and blockchain security, I would like to propose that our community begins to focus on adding PoS capability into the code.
Given large number of LINX wallets out there, as well as fairly wide distribution, it would make good sense to implement PoS at this time.
In terms of blockchain security, it would be exceedingly difficult for any malignant actor(s) to perform an attack on the network with an appropriately implemented PoS.
