Hello Team,

I am planning to do rebalance our production cluster where traffic is coming.

Using all default hard Goals provided by cruise control documentation.

I have tried multiple runs to do cluster rebalancing. In few scenarios i observed underminisr partitions. So my question is Do cluster rebalancing in any scenario can cause underminISR condition or I am missing something?

Rebalance shouldn't cause underminISR normally, but it's possible that rebalance is taking lots of CPU resources so that replication is slow.
