Distribution

Mint 21.2

Package version

Xreader 3.8.2

Frequency

Always

Bug description

Page-Down and Page-Up do not advance pages anymore. The only way to go to the next page is by clicking in the > icon.

Steps to reproduce

Open any PDF document in xreader and try to go to the next page with Page-Down. The page moves to the end of the current page, but does not advance further.

Expected behavior

The pages should advance.

Additional information

This started on upgrade from Mint 21.1 to 21.2

Additional information: Shift-PageDown and Shift-PageUp, which are documented to go "a bunch of page forward" or backward, are simply not doing anything.

I think this may be a duplicate of bug 615. If I don't zoom in, then I can page down. If I do zoom in, to read what's on the page, then I can't page down to the next page. Are you encountering the same pattern?

Yes, it seems to be the same bug
