The item auto place should be able to move items not locked to hard points to make room for items that need to use the hard point in the component. Also smartly place ammo where it's less likely to explode.

Commit 2ec6e50 upgrades "auto place" to "SmartPlace". It will try its best to make room, including moving and swapping items.

Placing ammo smartly has been de-scoped into #259.
