Request of the permission on using "Digital Typhoon" dataset

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to use the data of "Digital Typhoon", like the satellite imagery and best track data for personal project on analysis on TC intensity base on machine learning approach through "pyphoon", which is the python library to access the dataset. I make my official application on using the dataset here.
