Task bar width >200px quick lauch icon with text label #2459

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The task bar width is limited to 200px.
The quick launch icon cannot be configured with a text label.

Describe the solution you'd like

Be able to increase the taskbar width over 200px, actually i needed 384px.
Be able to display a label under each quick launch icon.

Describe eventual alternatives you've considered

For the task bar i reduced the icon size from 96px to 86px.
For label, no alternative.

Context

Have a secondary task bar with a quick launch, 96px per icon and a label under each of them.
