As mentioned on basecamp - this may be because I was using the browser back/forward buttons

This needs an update to the behavior of the 'save' action when first saving a new course.

Please run make vue-deps to ensure you have correct dependencies

The immediate issue is that second time you ran a different Make command, vue-dep rather than vue-deps.

@courcelan is going to update in the PR (which was missing so you wouldn't have seen any updates anyhow!) but the reason for updating the Vue deps has to do with development mode synchronization. All of the application JS and assets will have otherwise been compiled already.
