Sequential fit doesn't plot the result

This issue was originally TRAC 9185

Sequential fit in FitPropertyBrowser shows an empty plot. Reason: the columns in the result TableWorkspace don't have correct "plot types". It's a defect in PlotPeakByLogValue algorithm.
