Should we rename QtiPlot MantidPlot?

Otherwise it can be hard to mentally link out user interface with our project.

There are some images and icons in Mantid\images

Also this will need to update the install script to change the name of the shortcuts etc.
While you are there you should add the contents of another directory to the install.
QTIPLOT\colourmaps contains a selection of 3DPlot colourmap files.
These should be added to the install.
