With the recent changes to the Refl GUI. We ought to update the current wiki documentation http://www.mantidproject.org/ISIS_Reflectometry_GUI. We'll do this again at the time of the 3.3 release.

Users can link to this from the gui under the help menu.

I've updated the importance of this because It would be '''very bad''' indeed to release changes to either GUI without a clean up of the documentation.

Allow at least 4-5 days to do this properly. Automate as much of it as you can to make it easier in the future and prevent document rot.
