Create an algorithm for highlighting noisy detectors. We need to talk to Laurent, and Alan Soper as to how we define a ‘noisy’ detector.

From Alan’s group use the ratio compared to a vanadium and look for single bin peaks where the ratio in the neighboring bins is low.
