Spectra limits seem to be ignored for large datasets #1157

It seems that for large datasets spectra min and max values are ignored.

Steps to reproduce:
- LoadRaw for a maps file
- Set the max spectra value to 5000
- drag the workspace into MantidPlot
- Scroll down!
