Correct SaveAscii Documentation

This issue was originally TRAC 10971

SaveAscii docs still state SaveAscii does not support ragged workspace, but this has been fixed in http://trac.mantidproject.org/mantid/ticket/3493. Change documentation to reflect this.

The 'ragged workspaces' link is broken for me, it tries to go to qthelp://org.mantidproject/doc/algorithms/RaggedWorkspace but no such page seems to exist.

I was able to find this: http://www.mantidproject.org/Ragged_Workspace

I'd suggest correcting the link to point to that wiki page, or removing the link.

The broken link is removed but not corrected. I am not sure whether it is your plan. I reopened the ticket in case that you missed something.
