After more discussion with Spencer and Sanghamitra the current plan to to add partial Bayesian support to IDA by giving the option of using FABADA as the minimizer in Fury/Iqt and Conv fit interfaces.

ResNorm should be a simple routine to replace with the existing fitting, this should also be possible with Quasi and Stretch but they will likely require more work.

Spencer has advised me that this has been completely with various other issues are therefore this umbrella ticket should be closed.
