This ticket is blocks : TRAC11485

Mostly highlighted by T Perring

  • Tooltips could be better
  • Button Icons are confusing
  • Refresh, Lock, and Auto-rebin should be combined

Longest job here would be to develop new icons. If we had those, could sort out the rest in 1-day.
