resetting default colour map for colour fill plots does not work #12467

Having tried displaying some 2D data as a color fill plot using custom color maps, re-checking default color map doesn’t do anything!

The problem was that every time you set the colour map you also set the default!

This has been separated and the name of the colour map is now more visible.
