User defined fit functions Dialog box #1819

Allow a large text area to define functions (look at the original qtiplot dialog).
Allow functions to be created from a list of predefined functions, and user defined functions.
allow functions to be saved and the reused at a later date.
Possibly plot the function (Lees important)
Validate the function parameters before leaving the dialog
