Currently when e.g. fitting to a linear background A0 is the
intersection with the y-axis and A1 the slope. This choice may
be counterintuitive when fitting on a range that has high x values
only. Also in MantidPlot the parameters are only shown with two digits hence if e.g. A1 has only changed on the 3rd or 4th digits from say 0.00 then after the fit it will appear as if this parameter has not changed at all.
