Add a software citation Log message
The Log message needs to be a flexible section of Text (possibly containing html links).

We should log it on startup of Mantid (at a high enough level that it will always appear and make the log window visible if it is hidden).
Also we should either:

  • add the same information to the help->about box
  • create a help->citation menu item

Coming up with the citation message it up to Nick - Badger him for it!
