The recorded TOF values for EQ-SANS have to be modified by an offset before use. In addition, there is a "phase shift" such that two TOF regions are populated within one data acquisition frame. Those two regions need to be swapped and stitched together. The procedure is different depending on whether the so-called frame skipping is used.
