Make the system test script work on:

  1. Win32
  2. Win64
  3. Mac OsX
  4. RHE5
  5. Ubuntu

each should

  1. install the relevant package
  2. run the tests
  3. Move a repository label
  4. deploy the package on success (just a copy really)

Ideally this would remain as a python script, that uses different modules depending on the OS.
