Original Reporter: Robert Whitley

Add an append option for opening a file so that if next or previous is selected it will increment or decrement the range of files to load. When they are loaded then all files within the range will be opened.

 Next leaves the current file in the run box and add another one starting a range, such that
 EMU11 -> EMU11-12     EMU11-12 -> EMU 11-13
