Bring up fit parameters from plot window #4626

Add option when right clicking over plot window:

Get Fit Parameters

If user clicks on this option, and the plot contains
fit curves then: bring up the associated TableWorkspace
containing the fitting parameters.

If plot does not contain any fitting curves then this
option should ideally be greyed out in the right-hand plot menu.
